Established in 1995.
Tem Barrett had been in banking for 25 years and found there was a lack of fixed rate long term mortgages. From there he opened Barrett Mortgage, Inc. in 1995 to provide more resources to the local community and the state of Oklahoma.
In 2022, Tem and Cat Terry began to collaborate together in an effort to bring Barrett Mortgage to the next generation. In August of 2024, Cat became the branch manager, and has continued Tem's legacy of simplifying the loan process with efficiency and care, treating every client like family and building relationships that last a lifetime!
